چکیده

The objective of the research work was to analyze labels industrialized vegetable cheeses, from different brands, verify if they are within norms current legislation and sources protein calcium like traditional cheeses animal origin. field took place in city Ribeirão Preto with a quantitative method for information analysis, brands’ own websites “Desrotulando” application. collected data were analyzed using simple Excel spreadsheet, checklist as basis evaluation, created by requirements legislation. laws used consultation were: Ministry Health/National Health Surveillance Agency: RDC 429, October 8, 2020; 259 September 20, 2002; Normative Instruction IN 75 2020. Agriculture, Livestock Supply: 22 November 24, 2005. Most described studied is accordance prescribed parameter study, but none calcium, since most based on some oilseeds such cashew nuts, mixed carbohydrate source starch give cheese consistency, together flavorings, suggestion that companies change nomenclature format this type product, insertion specific both production labeling.
